We are looking for a government sales team member who is aligned with our culture of integrity, exceeding customer expectations, empowering and valuing our people and collaborating to grow our business together.
US Citizen or Green Card holder
Being a Veteran is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Willingness to work a flexible schedule (may require overnight travel)
Familiarity with NetSuite and (CRM) Customer Relationship Management tools (ie Salesforce)is helpful
What you will be doing;
Generate new business with government clients utilizing Noble's GSA schedule
Provide unparalleled sales and product support for the Federal Government, Military (DoD) and State & Local government clients
Manage your client base by handling proposals, sales quotes, various government agencies, all bids and solicitations to close business and to reach your quota
Be a fast learner, willing to become an expert with all things Government (GSA 'Terms and Conditions' and any special requirements pertaining to buds and solicitations)
Ensure that Noble is compliant with all regulations
Qualify opportunities to determine viability and sales potential.
Support your team by providing industry leading training, contract terminology and support for problems that may arise based off of contract awards
Become a point of contact for escalation operational issues and coordinates with the appropriate department for resolutions
Work with Directors of Government Departments and Contract Specialists, making sure that all bids are compliant with both state and federal regulations
What we require from you;
Have the ability and drive to attain a minimum of 100% quota attainment, selling into the Military, Federal, State and Local government accounts
Accelerate sales growth, drive revenue, and increase market share for Noble in the GSA vertical market
An outgoing personality, who can develop solid business relationships and execute account development plans
Proven success in rolling up forecasts to sales leadership
The ability to thrive in a team oriented environment
Proactive, flexible and a resilient problem solver
A sense of urgency, self motivation and a 'Can Do' attitude.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
