Responsibilities:
Greet visitors; Answer telephone, screen and direct calls; Handle incoming and outgoing mail; General administrative support to all departments as needed; Provide support to managers with preparation of bids/proposals, reports and closeout submittals.
Preparation of proposal and project folders; Prepare project packets for Supervisors; Manage Microsoft Outlook calendar for all projects; Assist with online submittals, permit filings and applications; Copying, faxing, and filing as needed; Maintain and order office supplies as needed; Maintain an efficient, well organized and clean office.
Skills:
Excellent oral and written communications skills; Excellent administrative and organizational skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; Demonstrate positive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks large or small; Reliable, hardworking and committed to working in a team environment.
