This position is paying $20-25/HR and has room for growth and advancement internally! Looking for a motivated individual to perform Administrative duties on a contract to potential hire assignment.
Making appointments for all staff or for specific employees, such as executivesAnswer and direct calls to appropriate personnelProcessing bills and helping clients or customers if they have any questions about their chargesClerical duties to include scanning, faxing and filingDirecting visitors to the correct officeResponding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely mannerOther duties as assigned by managementRequirements:
High School Diploma or EquivalentMust have great communication skills both verbal and writtenGood computer skillsAbility to use the phone and communicate with customers and internal staffAbout the Company:
