Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a growing service company located south of Boston to identify a Human Resources Manager to join their team.
This stand-alone position is newly created and reports to the CFO, who currently owns the human resource responsibilities.

The Human Resources Manager's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage the on-boarding/exit interview process for new/former employeesAddress all employment relation issues (i.
e.
work complaints and harassment allegations).
Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
Be the subject matter expert on all human resource policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
Maintain up-to-date employee records by processing employee status changes in timely fashion.
Process personnel action forms and ensure proper approvalsMaintain the employee handbook with updated resolutions and other pertinent information, as needed.
Qualifications for the Human Resources Manager:
Bachelor's degree4
years' experience in the Human Resource field.
Thorough knowledge of FLMA, HIPPA and COBRA laws.
Solid understanding of Federal and State labor laws.
Payroll experience is a plus.
