They partner with front of house to provide for a friendly and efficient customer experience while complying with set standards and regulations.
Required Experience, Education and Skills Ability to work in a fast paced, challenging environment.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task.
Prior cannabis inventory experience needed.
Core Job Duties Fill in-person and online customer orders efficiently and accurately Communicate with Sales Team about order fulfillment Conduct mid-day audits and end of day audits to make sure order fulfillment accurately reflects sales and report any discrepancies to the appropriate channels Report fulfillment supply needs to management Ensure the sanitization and cleanliness of the dispensary Receive inventory from vendors and input into METRC Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with order fulfillment/inventory management Excellent communication skills Prior experience within the cannabis industry Required Qualifications Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs Ability to stand most of the day Must be at least 21 years of age Must pass a comprehensive background check annually to ensure compliance within the Cannabis Control Commission and GreenRock Cannabis regulations and standards Prior cannabis inventory experience Environmental Factors Employees may be required to bend, squat, kneel, crouch crawl, complete repetitive hand movements, and/or walk intermittently throughout the day.
Employees may also be exposed to company approved chemicals for sanitation purposes.
Team members will also be exposed to cannabis and cannabis products while onsite.
