00/HR Responsibilities of the CNC Setup/Operator/Programmer:
Program machining sequences and tooling selections to produce parts to print specifications using CNC turning and machining centersFabricate components and assemblies to print tolerance using machinery (CNC millers, lathes, rotary indexing tables, dividing heads, and related shop equipment)Set up work with existing tooling/fixtures or devise and fabricate specialized fixtures and holding devicesInspect all machined components using necessary equipment for inspectionMaintain a clean and safe working environmentPerform other assigned duties and responsibilities Qualifications of the CNC Setup/Operator/Programmer:
High school diploma/Vocational school diplomaSpecialized training in Math, Trigonometry, Complex Blueprint Reading, and Machine Programming5 or more years of related machine shop experienceAbility to sit, stand, bend and lift up to 60 lbs on a regular basisAwareness of standard warehouse safety procedures and protocols#zr1#hub1About the Company:
