Woman-owned and women-led, we are currently seeking an Office Coordinator to support our growing business.

Job Description:
The Office Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks and supporting the Operations team.
This position will work closely with the HQ team - the CEO, Operations Manager, Event Coordinator, and sales reps.
This position will also assist with coordinating with onsite team members as needed for event and travel prep and follow-up.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is detail oriented and has a positive attitude!
Responsibilities:
Manage customer service communications Support the Operations team for event prep and reconciliation Coordinate travel and logistics for HQ and event-team travel Work directly with the CEO on administrative tasks Additional support and tasks as needed This is a part-time opportunity; 15 hours per week.
Mondays and Thursdays are required in-office 9AM - 2PM (or five-hour window that works between 8AM and 6PM).
Option for third day to be Tuesday or Thursday.
