Part-Time Apartment Rental Manager - 30 hours per week

8 application paperwork for new tenants with Housing Programs Schedule new unit inspections with appropriate Sec.
8 Housing Program Complete Leasing Package with new tenants and Housing Case Workers Process Sec.
8 renewal paperwork and rent increases annually Ensure timely rent collection and process tenants to 14 day notices or summary process as needed Communicate regularly with existing tenants Receive all maintenance tasks for rental properties and ensure timely action with in-house maintenance technicians Schedule maintenance for all property issues and inspections Keep close contact with maintenance to ensure all tasks and inspection items are completed properly and in a timely manner Process tenant security deposit interest on an annual basis Inspect units when tenants move out and process security deposit refunds Communicate directly with investors for any maintenance projects On Call after hours approximately every 6-7 weeks to take emergency calls from answering service and dispatch maintenance technicians as needed The above outlines the majority of tasks included in the job description.
